We have been dealing with sales and lingerie selection since 2001
At the beginning, as a lingerie stall called “Roma”, and later, until today, as the lingerie store “Świat Bielizny Margot” (“Margot’s Lingerie World”).
Since the beginning, our specialisation has been the professional selection of underwear for women of all ages and at different stages of their lives. We are constantly broadening our knowledge in the field of proper lingerie selection and individual customer service. Thanks to this, we can share our experience and satisfy all our customers’ needs in terms of proper selection of underwear for health, aesthetic and functional reasons.
We personally test and select all the products offered by us. This allows us to offer underwear of the highest quality. Comfortable, safe for health, and fitting individual tastes.
The online shop margot24.pl is another stage in which we want to combine the speed and convenience of online shopping with individual, personalised service, which is typical for our stationary shops.

Vision – goals
“Your needs are my mission…”
This is the guiding principle of my company. These words cover everything I do in life. I always try to simply be there for people. I listen to what they expect and make their wishes come true. I think that a good relationship with another person is more than just selling goods.
As far as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the standard of customer service in the days of the Jabłkowscy brothers or Coco Chanel, when a customer was treated like a friend in a shop who should feel pampered and special. When presenting an offer, the seventh sense comes in handy, as lingerie needs to be tailored to the customer’s individual preferences and sometimes hidden fantasies. Many times when a woman crosses the threshold of my shop she feels lost in the vast array of products available and we need to make her see the range of possibilities. In line with Brian Tracy’s thesis that the role of a good salesperson is not just to charge, but most importantly to provide expert advice.
Despite the time passing, I still love my job because it provides me with everything that is really important to me and gives me a lot of satisfaction.
In addition, I fulfil myself in helping other people when I meet their individual needs, and I have the privilege of being the part of their lives when they get married, have children, change externally and internally. In moments of happiness and during difficult days, I am always there and waiting with a kind word, ready to hug and treat them to a coffee.
I also organize trainings and workshops outside the company to share my knowledge and experience with others. I promote a healthy lifestyle and strongly emphasise the role of a proper bra in terms of health. It is all supported by the research in specific pressures influence on the condition of the spine, blood circulation in the breasts and shoulder blockages caused by a bad choice of a bra.
